Description Alex 2019-05-25 11:44:10 UTC
SUMMARY
Both CanPlay / CanPause don't work reliably with VLC, this affects things like the play/pause media key and the media player controls widget making them much less useful because most of the time playing/pausing won't work.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open VLC and make a playlist
2. Use the media controls in VLC a few times, specially play/pause and previous/next track

OBSERVED RESULT
The play/pause button is disabled in media player controllers and directly using the play/pause media key doesn't work.

EXPECTED RESULT
Playing/pausing works normally.
