SUMMARY

KMail version 19.04.1-1 (Arch Linux)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the "change shortcuts" dialog
2. Select an element of the list (e.g. About KMail)
3. Change the sorting by pressing the header of the listview (e.g. Action)

I confirm it :)
but it's a bug for kf5 not kmail as all apps will have the same problem.
