Comparison between current (left) and suggested (right) layouts

SUMMARY
It would be really nice to be able to be able to merge the top icons with the location bar. I've made a very rough edit on what it should look like (on the right), compared to the current layout (on the left).
This would definitely cause issues when the top icons are set on text mode, since there isn't enough space to display it all most times. But being able to toggle an option to enable it would be very helpful on some other set-ups.
