STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open App dashboard
2. Open Krunner

OBSERVED RESULT
Krunner hides after less than a second.

EXPECTED RESULT
Krunner stays open, either above or bellow App dashboard, but doesn't close.

Suprisingly this doesn't happen/works correctly on Wayland.

Still an issue on KDE Neon Unstable.

This is resolved on Wayland(Plasma 6.3.3). On X11 it is still valid issue
