STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Grab a window like Dolphin or Konsole and maximize it by "throwing" it to the upper screen edge.

OBSERVED RESULT
Until mouse cursor leaves the titlebar it turns into a black square

KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.58
Qt Version: 5.13.0 beta3
Kwin Version: master (today - 17.05.2019)
Kwayland Version: master (today - 17.05.2019)

On wayland, might be caused by mixing diferent versions of software?

Bug is still present. This is only present while using wayland. This bug must have been mistakenly marked resolved as this is not present while using an X session.

I've found that this issue also appears when dragging the window to a screen edge with a panel as well.

Matej, you changed the version, I assume that means you reproduced it on 5.19.90?

I tried to reproduce this now(recently) and was unable to do so in both my Arch setup and a KDE Neon VM. Looks like its gone.
