STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right click on the battery icon in the systray
2. select "Configure Power Saving..."
3. select "Activity settings" section in the left side

OBSERVED RESULT
unnecessary horizontal scroll bar is present

EXPECTED RESULT
there is no horizontal scroll bar

unnecessary vertical scroll bar is also present.
