SUMMARY
... but clicking on system tray "arrow", makes it appear

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. copy something -> clipboard icon doesn't appear
2. click "arrow" -> clipboard icon appears
3.

KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.58
Qt Version: 5.13.0beta3

Does it occur only on Wayland? Can you test on X session to verify?

Yes, wayland only, tested right now.

That seems like the same thing, which report should we keep? This one for being older or the other one for having more info?
