You just shall enter user-name and hit "continue" button! Make sure Javascript are allowed in Falkon!

Thanks for the help. However, I did the same you mentioned and all the Javascript options box are checked in the Preference setting. Password place still doesn't show. Do you what else should I check to make sure it works? Thanks

I've tried with 3 Falkon versions as well as "Qt simple browser" and it works like that with all of them. I don't even have an account, I'm just do paste a word grabbed from the text above (see screen-shot), so I have no idea what could be wrong.
