Description ed.lee 2019-05-14 09:40:15 UTC
SUMMARY
Having installed dolphin-plugins and enabled the provided services under Dolphin -> Control -> Configure Dolphin -> Services, none of the provided context menus appear, neither do any relevant overlay icons.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Fresh install of Kubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
2. Apply all updates
3. Install dolphin-plugins from repo
4. Enable provided services.
5. Re-start Dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
None of the dolphin-plugins provided services (Bazzar, Dropbox, Git, SVN or Mercurial) are available.

EXPECTED RESULT
Enabled services are available on context menus.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.12.7
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.47.0
Qt Version: 5.9.5
Dolphin Version: 71.12.3
dolphin-plugins Version: 4:17.12.3-0ubuntu1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm only actually interested in the SVN component but as stated this appears to be a common problem with the dolphin-plugins package affecting all the services it provides.

Works for me in Dolphin 19.04.0. The version you have (17.12) is quite old at this point).
