SUMMARY
An annoying popup appears every time ktorrent is started. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start up ktorrent

OBSERVED RESULT
Popup with text "The file or folder http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCountry/GeolP.dat.gz does not exist." appears. After clicking retry, there are no problems and the popup does not appear again.

EXPECTED RESULT
No popup, ktorrent should start normally.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Internet connection works. 
Looks like that database got removed: https://blog.maxmind.com/2018/01/02/discontinuation-of-the-geolite-legacy-databases/

If "Show list of peers" under Configure / Info widget is unchecked, the popup disappears.
