Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 19.04.1 to see if there are any packaging issues https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/ If they don't occur when using the AppImage, then it's your configuration or packaging.

AppImage has 1 and 3 problems.
Thank you for your feedback. For number 1: I opened issue: https://invent.kde.org/kde/kdenlive/issues/210 For number 3: issue: https://invent.kde.org/kde/kdenlive/issues/165 is opened already. I change the bug to wishlist.

I use Flatpak from Flathub. No special configuration or packaging.
I changed the bug title to reflect the whish.
Number 1: fixed https://invent.kde.org/kde/kdenlive/commit/824b4cd08b92ac9a0fe62848587b7d60c738e2dc As number 3 is in the ToDo list of the new titler I close this bug. If it still appears in the latest version, please feel free to re-open it and update the affected version number.
