Given the tags functionality is now exposed to Dolphin users, it is important they can take advantage of the USP of tags (as opposed to directories) - ability to filter by multiple tags.

Currently:

Users can select a single tag in the Places panel (tags section) and view all files/folders tagged by that tag.

Proposed:

User selects one tag, views all items tagged by it.
User selects another tag, the first tag is still highlighted, and so is the new tag. User views all items which are tagged with both tags.
User selects a new button labelled 'Clear Selection' and no tags are highlighted.
