SUMMARY
Bug already reported to Arch team

As we can see in the attached screenshot, both title bar and task switcher (alt+tab)
shows an icon, the task bar shows another icon.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open gparted on KDE Plasma
2. Observe its icon in the title bar, task manager and task switcher (alt+tab).

EXPECTED RESULT
gparted only has one icon

This is a bug in GParted. It's setting an ugly low-resolution custom window icon, and KWin respects those. It's possible to work around this by forcing KWin to ignore the custom window icon, but it really should be fixed in GParted itself.
