Crash Report w/ Debug

SUMMARY
When attempting to change the look and feel of KDE, the System Settings application crashes when both trying to open 'Looks and Feels' from the left hand tab or the Frequently Used Tab

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Click 'Looks and Feels' under 'Frequently used:'
3. Crash

OBSERVED RESULT
Application exits and a Debug Report is shown

EXPECTED RESULT
The ability to change the look/feel of KDE neon

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon Unstable Edition

on my neon dev unstable system settings crashes when I try to open any qml kcm (icons, colors, fonts, etc). Such kcms also crash when I try to start them via apps launcher.
