Observed result

When you start a Plasma session using Wayland, the KRunner input window is displayed at the top edge of the screen, regardless of whether or not the Plasma panel or Latte Dock panel is at the same edge.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma Wayland session.
2. Move or create new Plasma panel (Latte Dock panel) at top of the desktop.
3. Call KRunner window (by pressing Alt+F2, etc.)

OBSERVED RESULT
Wrong position of KRunner input window. A window appears from the edge of the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Right position of KRunner input window. A window appears from the edge of an existing panel.
