I have some nitpicks about KTorrent 5 (vs. KTorrent 4, which I was very happy with). 1) When my distribution switched to KTorrent 5 (i.e. Fedora Core 26), it lost all of my global settings and my tabs from the previous version of KTorrent, e.g. limits, port numbers, etc. That was unthrilling. 2) There are no "stopped" icons next to stopped torrents. A view with mixed started/stopped torrents looks misaligned. 3) The "Availability" column in the Peers tab, and the "Completeness" column in the torrent view, no longer show hundredths of a percent. It would be nice to have this back. 4) Also, I noticed (for the first time) that it writes a log to .local/share/ktorrent/log . Any way to disable that, e.g. by command-line option? I didn't even realize it was filling up my disk with stuff I never look at.
These have been around since before KTorrent 5. 1) If "Move when completed to" is checked in the open-torrent dialog, and I change the torrent's Group in the drop-down menu, "Move when completed to" becomes unchecked. 2) The value of "Move when completed to" gets reset each time to the value of "Download to".
