Screen capture of rectangular zone (and maybe any screen capture) OBSERVED RESULT White screen, halting system EXPECTED RESULT A screen image capture SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Linut Mint Linux version 4.15.0-48-generic (buildd@lgw01-amd64-036) (gcc version 7.3.0 (Ubuntu 7.3.0-16ubuntu3)) #51-Ubuntu SMP Wed Apr 3 08:28:49 UTC 2019 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Please bring back ksnapshot into synaptic menu which worked just fine. PS: If someone is submitting a bug, why make them create an account, you probably lose 90% of the bug reporting because people are in a hurry and don't have time to create new accounts!
What version of Spectacle are you using? I'm pretty sure this was fixed a loooooong time ago, but Linux Mint has a tendency to ship really old versions of software. > ADDITIONAL INFORMATION > Please bring back ksnapshot into synaptic menu which worked just fine. That's something that the Linux Mint people would need to do. We have no input over their packaging decisions.
