SUMMARY
Create a new title clip and add text. In the previous version when you clicked on "Show Background" the background image would present in the title clip screen with the title overlayed.  This no longer happens.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new title Clip
2. Add Text to the screen.
3. Click the box "Show Background"

OBSERVED RESULT
Gray checkered boxes only present.


EXPECTED RESULT
the Project Monitor screen will appear in the Title Clip box to show a preview.

Thanks for reporting. Tick/untick 3 times “show background” then you should see the background. Please confirm.

Hi, I have a similar problem and I tried the above hack several times but still there is no change. I'm stuck any other suggestions?

Wiggle with the timeline playhead. Does that help?

Nope, it doesn't. I had to uninstall and download an older release. Everything is working fine now.
