SUMMARY
4 konsoles were grouped in the task manager, I used middle click to close
the grouped konsoles and plasma shown a crash notification.

Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.80
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.58.0
Qt Version: 5.12.0

Looks like a Qt bug. Could you test with newer Qt, such as 5.12.3?

This crash happened just once.
I can't reproduce with Qt 5.12.3 on Neon unstable edition or Qt 5.13 on Arch Linux.
