SUMMARY
When copying to clipboard with Spectacle, the clipboard is only preserved while the Spectacle window is open.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a shortcut to take a screenshot
2. Click "Copy to clipboard"
3. Close the window
4. Paste the screenshot

OBSERVED RESULT
The last text I selected (not copied) is pasted.

EXPECTED RESULT
The screenshot I just took should be pasted

We tried to fix this for 19.04, but unfortunately it didn't work. :(
