Preview of the described behaviour.

SUMMARY
When moving mouse cursor over git annotations the tooltip is shown but disappears after one soft-wrapped line..

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable soft line wrapping (show content of one line on multiple lines when the viewport witdh is too small)
2. Enable git annotations
3. Hover / Mouseover over the annotations

OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltip with commit details is shown.
Before the soft wrapped line the tooltip is displayed as long as the mouse is hovering over it.
After the softwrapped line the tooltip is shown only for brief moment

EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltip is always shown / does not disappear after a brief moment.
