Description Syam 2019-04-28 10:15:58 UTC
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Copy some binary number string that starts with 0, such as "011" (without the quotes) to clipboard
2. Open KCalc
3. Select Numeral System Mode
4. Press Ctrl+C to paste
5. Find that the pasted value is not as expected (eg. 1001 instead of 011)

The pasted value will be correct if the original number starts with 1 instead.
