Issue and workaround for disappearing list of apps in Simple Menu.

SUMMARY
A few seconds after installing or uninstalling an application, the favorites section displays no applications.

WORKAROUND
I found two: you can either search anything and then delete the search text/press Esc/click outside of menu, or you can click/hover on any of the sections on the right and then switch back to the favorites section (All Applications).
