I could open your project with placeholders. I assume you have old cach data. Follow this steps https://userbase.kde.org/Kdenlive/Manual/Windows_Issues#Any_critical_bug and delete the cache folder inside the Kdenlive folder.

Update: So I found a file called "kdenliverc" in my AppData/Local folder. I deleted it and made a new install. Now everything is working!
Thank you for the feedback. Yes Kdenliverc could block it as well. But after you delete Kdenliverc you haven’t to re-install. Just start Kdenlive again. It seems it works. We close this bug. If it still appears in the latest version, please feel free to re-open it and update the affected version number.
Load clips from the same drive as Kdenlive is installed could be a problem. Just drag/drop it into the bin instead. If something is blocking delete the Kdenliverc file or the cache. After you delete Kdenliverc you haven’t to re-install. Just start Kdenlive again.
