SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a desktop shortcut to the application 
2. Launch the application
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The task manager bar doesn't work until I close the application.
If I launch it from the system menu everything works great.

EXPECTED RESULT
The task manager should work while the application is running
