SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn on mouse keys (Mouse -> Keyboard Emulation)
2. Plug in an external keyboard

OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse keys only works on computer keyboard but not external keyboard. Mouse key will work if I disable and re-enable mouse keys while the keyboard is plugged in.

EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse keys should work on both my computer and my external keyboard
