SUMMARY
I am new to kdenlive.
Im using version 18.12.3 which was installed through octopi
after adding a 'position and zoom'/'rotate and shear'/'transform' effect there is no red frame around the affected image/video which is used to scale and drag media by hand.
also tried 19.04-beta and 18.04.0, everything is fine there

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add any image or video to the timeline
2. add transform effect on it


OBSERVED RESULT
there is no red box around the image/video

EXPECTED RESULT
there should be a red frame to scale and drag media on the screen
