SUMMARY
After a download is complete, double click on the file or right click and Open File results in a File not found message 
(e.g. Sorry, the file 
 /home/pedro/Downloads/20190411_11_20_11.pdf 
 was not found!)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download any PDF file (for other files eg. JPG, action fails without error message)
2. Open Download Manager
3. Double click on file name or right click and choose Open File


OBSERVED RESULT
File not found message

EXPECTED RESULT
File opens in associated program

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Ubuntu 18.04.2 x64

Works fine here. Is the path "/home/pedro/Downloads/20190411_11_20_11.pdf" correct (does that file exist)?

I can't reproduce with falkon 3.1.0 on Gnome 3.32.

Operating System: Arch Linux 
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.57.0
Qt Version: 5.12.3
