Color Pallets not displaying

SUMMARY
Color pallets not displayed in the color selector window

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Opened Krita
2. File > New 
3. In the "content" tab, I tried to change the background color.

OBSERVED RESULT
The color pallets are not displaying properly in color selector( also in the pallet categories dropdown)

EXPECTED RESULT

This works for me. Is it also broken for you if you select a different palette? And what happens if you run Krita as a different user or after clearing the settings (https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration)

I downloaded the nightly zip file and extracted in my system after a fresh windows reboot, And, couldn't see the pallet. But, I downloaded the nightly build a few weeks ago which showed the pallet correctly.

And what happens if you reset your settings or the start krita as a different user?

I tried using a new user account with the latest Krita build (git 767bb99). but, still, I can't see the pallet.

here are my system specs:

Windows 10 Pro 64Bit
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4005U CPU @ 1.70GHz, Intel® HD Graphics 4400
8 GB RAM
Geforce Nvidia 820m GPU 2GB(Dedicated)

I've been able to reproduce. It's Windows-specfic, it seems and it looks like we've got a problem loading many palettes on Windows.
