SUMMARY
Krita don't even show up when I launch it on my wacom mobile station 13.
I tried starting it from the windows command line but it doesnt give any info.

At a guess, you've got some custom color profiles installed, one of which is broken and causes Krita 4.1.7 to abort on start. Either remove the corrupt profile (you'll have to move all of them out of the system location and move them back in one by one) or try to use the current nightly builds: https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Krita_Nightly_Windows_Build/ which work around broken profiles.
