SUMMARY
I fixed my font DPI to 125 in KDE System Settings. If Chinese characters exist in some line of file, the bottom of that line will be cut.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set fixed font DPI in System Settings.
2. Open kate, type line "测试文字 asdfasdf"

OBSERVED RESULT
The line is incorrectly displayed as line 1 in attachment.

EXPECTED RESULT
Line 3.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
