What do you mean by "the Stagnation feel"? It's slow to close? Do other apps on your system behave the same way, or just Okular?

What's your computer's hardware? Memory, CPU, storage space, hard drive vs SSD, etc.

Yes, I think okular is slow to close.
I have other qt app like smplayer, liteide etc, I think them close quicker than okular.
My cpu is AMD A8 7410, 8 GB memory, Samsung SSD 512G.

Today I read a pdf document with 18 pages, read it about 20~30min. Then I use a stopwatch to record the time for closing okular.
The time for closing okular is 3 seconds.

Hmm, your hardware isn't that bad. The CPU is only a few years old, you've got plenty of RAM, and you're using a nice fast SSD. I would probably not say that your hardware is to blame.

Any chance you could try a newer version of Okular? Perhaps the Snap or the flatpak nightly builds (https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Flatpak)

Try a newer okular and/or upload the file you're using
