Bad compositing of window

SUMMARY
Bad composition after tiling system settings window.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Drag top panel of window and move it to the left side of the screen and then release mouse button
3. Now you have window on left half of screen, now drag the right side of window and try to enlarge window to right.

OBSERVED RESULT
window is enlarged but get texture from actual background of window
see the attachment

EXPECTED RESULT
window is enlarged and will be redrawn

Does it stay that way after resizing the window?

No, if i resize the window, then everything is back in normal.

No, it not happed in a while. I think it is fixed.
