After you enable transparency in the Breeze config, you can no longer disable it. 

1. Enable trasparency in the widget theme, using slider.
2. Observe transparent menus.
3. Disable transparency, using slider.
4. Transparency remains.

Error. I thought the minimum was opaque - it's actually most transparent. Not intuitive, but works fine.
