SUMMARY
Cannot Configure or create a New report

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select Configure; change configuration
2. OR Select New; enter configuration
3. Close (no Save option available)

OBSERVED RESULT
No change
No New report

EXPECTED RESULT
Change is reflected in report
New report appears in list
