You say "i feel as tho i should recive a refund" in the Latest Commit field. If you bought Krita in the Windows Store, see https://support.microsoft.com/en-ae/help/10558/microsoft-store-returning-items-bought-for-exchange-refund -- you did not buy Krita from the Krita project, but from Microsoft.

As for the problems you have using Krita, it's pretty much impossible to figure out what you actually mean from your report.

Does "does not save properly" mean you can save, but the results are not what you're expecting? Or does it mean you cannot save at all?

Does "currently will not draw" mean it was possible for you to draw? Have you perhaps created a small selection and are trying to draw outside the selection? Do you have a drawing tablet, and if so, which one?

to draw as I have been doing and it constantly stops or crashes very laggy

Hm... Have you tried if this also happens on, say, microsoft paint? Because the stylus you're using, it requires a little battery inside to power it, and that might not be working right, and we can't fix hardware issue here.

we are still waiting for information on what exactly is going on with saving for you?

It also takes along time to open up any saved projects I’m working on also
my screen let’s me draw with any stylist I can even use my finger but your
software where isn’t consistently letting me draw, I can only draw half of
the time and out of nowhere it doesn’t work anymore and I have to close and
reopen the program which takes a very long time

Comment 10 wolthera 2019-03-30 12:41:37 UTC
Okay, so loading is taking a long time.

Can you tell us...

1. Whether you have enabled settings->configure Krita->general->tools->enable touchpainting? If not, does enabling help?
2. How big is the file you're trying to load. That is, in the status bar, it should mention the pixel resolution, and then the 'memory', like '623 x 870(6,8 MiB)'. What does that say for you?
3. What kind of color bitdepth does it have? Like, 8-bit integer/channel, or 16bit integer/channel, or 32bit float/channel? This is also in the status bar.
2. Could you copy the contents of help->system information for bugreports here? I would like to know how much ram you have, and this ought to contain information about that.
