My proposal would be: "Used to adjust corner roundness on dock’s background that comes from Plasma theme, if Automatic setting is not able to determine it." The current one is not clear at all: “Roundness used from Latte elements” - what are latte elements? So far I understand, this is applicable only for dock mode and it’s about dock background corners, which I tried to point out in my proposal. “in order to feel part of the current plasma theme” - what? what is this “feel”? This is highly unspecific. In my proposal, it’s “Used to adjust X that comes from Plasma theme, if Y” “when there are no other roundness information” - you mean the list? Yeah, that is hard to explain shortly but this doesn’t explain anything, I simplified it to “if Automatic setting is not able to determine it.” which is straight forward although omits the cause of such inability. Native English speakers, please correct it and propose improvements. Link to original thread that started this report: https://forum.manjaro.org/t/latte-dock-is-pretty-awesome/41995/400

Texts must describe exactly what the properties are doing and the option is NOT adjusting "corner roundness of the background coming from Plasma theme", the option takes that as granted. I would prefer the following: "In order to Color your panels and docks properly the roundness of your current plasma theme is needed. Latte knows *Automatic*ally the roundness for most used and known plasma themes but if that fails please specify it manually."
but I think it might not be needed at all in the end because that feature might be dropped... I think I found a way to identify the proper roundness automatically for all plasma themes.
this is not needed any more... roundness is calculated automatically from Latte now...
Great! That works too, especially that there is no point of setting different roundness then from the theme (because it creates this differential space between outline and the background) so if latte is doing it automatically, less complication on user's side. Although, users may not know that there is such thing as the roundness of the dock's corners and that it is determined by the desktop theme. I certainly didn't know that before. But I guess latte cannot explain all things so users must discover it on their own. Anyway, thanks, you rock!
