Attached is a screenshot of how it looks like with a dark theme.
That's just the way disabled buttons look in Kirigami apps--not only with a dark theme, but also with a light theme. Maybe Kirigami should set a slightly higher opacity for disabled items? Could be a good patch opportunity. :)
also it looks like is using dark text on dark background? that looks also a coloscheme bug?

Not anymore, we moved it into store.kde.org for Plasma 5.17 precisely because we don't want to be on the hook for it anymore. :)
