SUMMARY
Ark's can't create a .tar-only archive (no compression)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right-click on a file or folder
2. select "Compress" -> "Compress to..."
3. select .tar and enter a name
4. click OK

OBSERVED RESULT
no archive is created

EXPECTED RESULT
tar archive is created

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- other archive formats like .tar.gz and .zip work fine.
- when trying to create a .tar archive with Ark directly, after adding a file it says "can't set compression method"

Fixed in the upcoming 19.04 release.
