SUMMARY 
Versión 18.12.3 Mayusculas no funciona


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Kcalc
2. press capital letters key
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
does nothing


EXPECTED RESULT
 function buttons change to opposite
