SUMMARY Local collection does't scan files with special characters or accents in the file name. Could you please give a specific example of a filename that doesn't appear?
Also, please check if the file appears in Dolphin. It not, is is possibly not encoded in UTF-8, and you can fix it using the 'convmv' command.
