I installed elisa and it detects all my music files but audio playback it's not working. It's not a systemwide problem since in other applications works and in system settings tests too. Salvatore, over here this is working fine. Do you have any error? can you start Elisa from a 'konsole' and look at the stdout & stderr messages? Can you also check in 'kmix' (as example) if the sound for Elisa is enabled? (see example attachment)

Elisa does not appear in kmix and I think it has something to do with this warning message that i got launching from terminal Warning: "Jack server not found" Warning: "No volume control found"
Could you try on Konsole " sudo apt install phonon-backend-gstreamer ". And see if the problem persists.
