STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open spectacle by pressing printscreen key
2. check "Quit after save or copy" option
3. click "Copy to clipboard" button (spectacle closes)
4. try to paste the screenshot into a photo editor (tested pinta, kolourpaint, gimp, photoflare) 

OBSERVED RESULT
you can not paste the screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
screenshot is pasted into the photo editor

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
"Ignone images" is unchecked in settings of clipboard applet.

Same problem occurs when "Quit after save or copy" is unchcked but I close spectacle before try to paste the screenshot.

I can confirm this on 18.12.3 on Neon. The clipboard is cleared upon exit of Spectacle.

Same issue as Bug 393708 and will be fixed in the same way.
