SUMMARY
The closing effect of the K Menu or of the systray acts rather strangely on Wayland : if the mouse pointer is still on the K icon or on the systray arrow, the effect works fine. But if the mouse pointer is somewhere else, depending on where it is, the effect is either too fast, or even completely different.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the K menu or the systray
2. Move your pointer away and click : the closing effect of the K menu or the systray is strange
3. Different strangeness occur depending on where the mouse pointer is.

Maybe, but the visual glitches are different, here is one example :

You can see that when the mouse pointer is hovering Falkon, the K menu closes by going to the left of the screen.

I found the effect that triggers the bug : it's the "Slide back" Kwin effect. If I disable it, the closing animation of Kicker or systray works fine.

I never got the bug with Slide Back effect disabled.
