STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. enable transparency in "widget style" kcm
3. enable blur effect in "desktop effects" kcm
5. right click on the title bar of any app and hover over the entries of
the context menu

OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
no glitch on mouseover
