SUMMARY

"The shared library not found" message in KDE Neon Git Unstable windows decoration module in system settings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Latest KDE Neon Git Unstable
2. Open systemsettings5
3. Go to Application style - window decoration
4: Observe library missing message

OBSERVED RESULT

Cannot access Window Decorations module

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon Git Unstable
KDE Plasma Version: 5.15.80 (March 4th @ 2:44 EST)
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.56.0
Qt Version: 5.12.0

I also use neon dev unstable and can confirm this bug.
