The System Error Windows

SUMMARY
The program can't start because Qt5Script.dll is missing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install "lokalize-master-228-windows-msvc2017_32-cl" on windows 10
2. try to start lokalize.exe
3. System Error windows appears

OBSERVED RESULT
The System Error Windows says  : "The program can't start because Qt5Script.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

EXPECTED RESULT
Start of the program

I tried to reinstall several times, on different computers, with no success.

Thanks for the report, there seems to be a dependency on qtScript through Kross. It should work from tomorrow build (231) onwards
