exif data for a jpg file without ballo

if you inactivate baloo in kde settings > search > file search
then
dolphin displays exif data for jpg and mp4 file

if you activate baloo
then 
dolphin does not display exif data for jpg and mp4 file.

it's a regression

i made an error. file extraction is not enable by default with opensuse 15.0.

so i close this report.
