SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings > colors
2. click "Get new color schemes..." button
3. close the window

OBSERVED RESULT
Fake button of the previews flashes.
Watch the screen recording please.

EXPECTED RESULT
Fake buttons do not flash

Whenever the model is reloaded the delegates are recreated and the custom colorscheme is applied to late through the attached property. This can also be observed when quickly scrolling. However, it shouldn't flash when just closing the dialog without doing any changes.

I can't reproduce this behavior anymore.

However the blue border of the current color scheme (breeze im my case) blinks when GHNS window is closed.

original issue is no longer reproducible.
