SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Change HSV adjustment. Colorized 2. Pres ctrl z (Photoshop compatible shortcuts) OBSERVED RESULT Can't undo HSV adjustment. Can't create or delete layers. Says "waiting for image operation to complete" when trying to create a new layer EXPECTED RESULT Revert the HSV adjustment change SOFTWARE/OS VERSION Windows 10
I cannot reproduce this here. Does it also happen with the nightly builds? If so, can you tell us a little more about the kind of canvas you have?

I changed the HSV and UNDO'd multiple times, searching for the right color, before I couldn't save, add layers or do pretty much anything.

Could you please check the nightly builds? You can find them here: https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Krita_Nightly_Windows_Build/ -- you can just unzip the zip archive to, e.g., your desktop and run from there, you don't need to uninstall your regular Krita.
